1. Introduction

This subscription policy is made available to customers on the website of https://e-courrier.com. Any order placed on the site implies full and full acceptance of these subscription conditions.

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms before placing any order, by validating their consent via a checkbox provided for this purpose.

The service is offered as a no-obligation monthly subscription.

2. Services and Subscription

Access to services is reserved for customers with (i) an active customer account and (ii) a valid subscription.

Available services include :

  • Sending simple, tracked or registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within the territory.
  • Access to IA editorial assistance.
  • Contacts and address book management.
  • Mail import and tracking.
  • Shipment history and digital receipts.
  • Responsive customer support.

Subscription rate: 49€/month including VAT including:

  • 15 simple shipments
  • 10 tracked shipments
  • 5 registered shipments
  • Writing a letter online
  • Custom import of the letter
  • Access to AI writing assistance
  • Access to letter templates
  • Address book
  • Online tracking and archiving
  • Digital justifications
  • Customer support

Unless otherwise requested, the subscription is automatically renewed each month.


Before any final subscription, the customer benefits from a 48h trial offer from 1.29€ including VAT, depending on the type of mail selected. This offer includes limited services similar to those of the standard subscription.


Service descriptions and prices are detailed on the site in accordance with articles L.111-1 and L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code.

3. Ordering process

The services offered by https://e-courrier.com can be ordered directly on the site. To finalize an order, the Customer must follow the following steps:

  1. Selection of the type of mail and the mode of sending.

    The Customer chooses the type of mail he wishes to send as well as the mode of dispatch among the available options: simple letter, tracked letter or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

  2. Entry of sender and recipient information.

    The Customer enters the sender's and recipient's contact information. If this information has already been saved in his address book, he can select it directly.

  3. Writing the mail.

    The Customer can write his letter directly on the site, import an existing document or choose from a template provided. Writing assistance via artificial intelligence is also available.

  4. Validation and payment.

    Once the mail has been finalized, the Customer accesses the order summary, verifies the information entered, selects the payment method and accepts the General Sales Conditions (GSC) by ticking the corresponding box. He then validates his order by proceeding to the online payment.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT and are those in force at the time of ordering.

Https://e-courrier.com reserves the right to change its prices, subject to 30 days' notice to the customer. Any change does not apply to current subscriptions.

In the event of disagreement, the customer may cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

5. Terms of payment

Payment is made in full at the time of order via a secure credit card system (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

The customer's account is debited only after the card issuer has validated the bank details.

Any transaction refused will result in immediate cancellation of the order.

Invoices are made available to the customer in his personal space on the website

6. Termination

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing the "unsubscribe" section on the website or from their customer area.

After confirmation, the subscription ends immediately.

7. Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal - General principle

The Customer generally has a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.

In order to withdraw, the Customer must inform the Service Provider of his intention in a clear and unambiguous unambiguous statement. In order to be valid, the request must be sent before the expiry of the 14-day period. days to be valid.

In the event of withdrawal, the Service Provider undertakes to refund the Customer the full amount of payments made, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the request.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
